Thomas C. McKean

Thomas C. McKean, 80 of Shohola, PA passed away at home on October 16, 2015. He was a member of St. Luke’s Church in Greeley, PA and a past Chief of the Greeley Volunteer Fire Department. He was a retired carpenter and farmer. Thomas served his country in the National Guard. 

​The son of the late Cleveland and Jane (Pedley) McKean, he was born in Shohola, PA on May 20, 1935. He married the late Joan Miesner McKean on May 19, 1956 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Greeley, PA. Survivors include his children, Janet Phillipps and her husband Bill and Tom J. McKean of Shohola, PA; two sisters Jennie McCue and Augusta Schultz; four grandchildren William, Nicole, Garrett and Tristan. 

Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA on Monday, October 19, 2015 from 7 to 9 PM. A service and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
