Charles E. Willette, Jr., 87 of Dingmans Ferry, PA passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Belle Reve, Milford, PA. Prior to becoming a Corrections Officer for the Suffolk County Sherriff’s Department, Charles was a Product Assurance Administrator with Sperry Gyroscope Company and plant manager for Kinemotive Corporation. He was a member of Saint Vincent DePaul Church, Milford, PA, Tilghman-Angle-Smith, American Legion Post 851, Dingmans Ferry, PA and a United States Marine Corp World War II and Korean War Veteran.
The son of the late Charles and Annie (Gabriel) Willette, he was born on May 4, 1929 in Waltham, MA. Charles was married to Marilyn (Douglas) Willette who predeceased him on January 7, 2012.
Survivors include his daughters; Linda Yannucciello and Pamela Peloso, sons; Charles Willette III and Douglas Willette, grandchildren; Michael, Jeff, Julie, Francis, Jessica, BreeAnne, Lauren and Brian and many great grandchildren. Charles was predeceased by his son Peter Castellani.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 11:00 AM at the Saint Vincent DePaul Church, 101 St Vincent Dr, Milford, PA 18337. Final interment will follow at the Delaware Cemetery, Dingmans Ferry, PA.
