Mary A Toy

TOY MARY A. (nee QUINN) Born Nov. 24 1935, Mary passed away peacefully on Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021. A lifelong resident of Philadelphia, she was the wife of 58 years to Howard F. Toy and is survived by their children Marianne Casale (Raffaele) and Michael H. Toy (Marianne Albinson), grandmother to Jaclyn, Joanna, and David Casale, great-granddaughter Nora, brother-in-law Thomas Toy (Pat), and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by sisters Nancy Quinn, Peggy (John Zamichieli), brother James Quinn (Karen), and brother-in-law Donald Toy.

She was a graduate of J.W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School (53), Arcadia University and Villanova University . She was a librarian and teacher for the Philadelphia School District and loved to read, garden, and knit blankets for cancer patients and infants.
