Linda L. Stickley

Linda Llewellyn Stickley, 52, of Winchester, VA passed away quietly at home on October 26th, 2013.
Linda was the daughter of David Llewellyn and Charlotte Burke Llewellyn born on September 20th, 1961 in Front Royal, VA. She graduated from Warren County High School in 1979 and received a BA degree from the University of Virginia in 1983. After graduation, Linda worked for an ethanol lobby in Washington D.C., and later for President Bill Clinton on his 1991 gubernatorial campaign.
She is survived by her daughter, Lane Llewellyn Stickley, of Arlington, VA and her son, Kyle Coffman Stickley, a student at the University of Mississippi. Linda is also survived by her parents and her brothers Ron Llewellyn and his wife Corinne, Charlie Llewellyn and his wife Debbie, and Steve Llewellyn and his wife Vicky. She will be missed by all including her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Linda loved spending time with her children and watching them participate on various sports teams at John Handley High School. She was an avid UVA sports fan and a member of the Little Garden Club of Winchester.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 30th at 1 p.m. at Boggs Chapel at Randolph Macon Academy, Front Royal, VA 22630. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Support for People with Oral and Head and Neck Cancer.
