Margaret Helen Shields

Margaret Helen Shields, 70 of Honesdale, PA, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore, PA. The daughter of the late John and Mildred (Fuhse) Michell, she was born August 14, 1944 in Calicoon, NY.
Survivors include her beloved dog: Jack; two sons: John Knapp and Steven Knapp both of Shohola, PA; grandson: John Knapp, Jr. of Stroudsburg, PA; granddaughter: Katie Knapp of Shohola, PA; brother-in-law: Pete Kessler; and her cousin: Lois Devereaux. The family would like to give a special thanks to Vera Shields for all she has done. Margaret was predeceased by her sister Mary Kestler.
Services and cremation will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place at St. Ann's Cemetery, Shohola, PA at a later date.
