Adalyn Kaye Scott

Adalyn Kaye Scott, infant daughter of Stephen Scott and Mindy Carowick of Orbisonia, PA, died at 10:13 a.m., Monday, November 24, 2014 at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA.

She is survived by two sisters: Elizabeth Scott and Olivia Scott both of Orbisonia, PA; paternal grandparents: Ed and Linda Scott of Orbisonia, PA; maternal grandmother: Deanna Carowick of RD, Todd, PA; a paternal great grandmother: Rachel Keith of Orbisonia, PA; and maternal great grandparents: Ronald and Audrey Whitsel of RD, Three Springs, PA. Her maternal grandfather: Terry Carowick, preceded in death.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be made at Orbisonia Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, Orbisonia, PA.
