Edward Masterson Rose, 81, of Milford, PA passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Bon Secours Hospital, Port Jervis, NY. He is survived by his beloved wife Maryann (nee Steranka) Rose of Milford, PA.
Born and raised in Teaneck, NJ, he was the son of the late Henry and Florence (Masterson) Rose and survived by his brother Henry Rose Jr. and his sister Diane Rose Kinney. His sister June Rose Dvorovy predeceased him. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews who loved him very dearly. Watching old US war films featuring airplanes and historical events were a passion he enjoyed. Ed was a true artist with a love of life, a lover of friends, and a lover of all animals. He will surely be missed.
He owned and worked as a Real Estate Broker for Rose Realty in Milford, PA. Prior to his Real Estate career, he was a commercial artist for System Development Corporation in Paramus, NJ and often worked as a freelance graphic artist. Having graduated from Teaneck High School in 1955, he then attended the Art Students League in NYC for many years and was also a member of the United States Army Reserves.
Cremation was held at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford Twp., PA.
