Philip J. Rappa

Philip J. Rappa, 70, of Dingmans Ferry, PA passed away on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Newton Medical Center, Newton, NJ. He was a Sales Representative for Lucent Technologies, Piscataway, NJ, member of the St. Patrick’s Church, Milford, PA and a Untied States Vietnam Army Veteran.

The son of the late Anthony and Margaret (Barisiano) Rappa, Philip was born on October 1, 1947 in Syracuse, NY. He was married to Phyllis (Lomino) Rappa.

Philip leaves behind his wife, Phyllis Rappa of Dingmans Ferry, PA; daughters, Jennifer Sullivan of Fanwood, NJ and Allison Van Jahnke of Dingmans Ferry, PA; brother, John Rappa of Dingmans Ferry, PA and four grandchildren.

Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA on Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 3 to 7 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM on Monday, July 9, 2018 at St. Patrick’s Church, 111 E. High St., Milford, PA with Rev. Joseph J. Manarchuck officiating.

Burial will be at Delaware Cemetery, Dingmans Ferry, PA.
