Helga Marianna Radloff (nee Jehle) of Milford, PA entered her eternal rest on Sunday, January 31, 2016
Helga was born in Pforzheim, Germany to the late Karl and Helene (nee Fackler) Jehle. After her father was lost at the Battle of Stalingrad in 1943, she emigrated to America in 1947 with her mother and brother, settling in Union, NJ.
Helga is survived by her loving husband, George; three sons Daniel (Nancy) of North Brunswick, NJ, Stephen (Stacey) of Newton, NJ, and Jason (Cathy) of Kernersville, NC. She was also blessed by God with six beautiful grandchildren, Chelsie, Mallory, Kyle, Jesse, Cassie, and Zachary. In addition, she leaves to mourn her passing three sister-in-laws, Mary Switalski, Roberta Nekich, and Linda (Thomas) Lipp, Sr., as well as numerous nieces and nephews, her entire church family at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Dingmans Ferry, PA, and countless friends, including Richie and Linnie Eckelhofer of Erwinna, PA, Charles and MaryAnn Boyden of Harrison Valley, PA, Joan and Mike Castellano of Freehold, NJ, and Pam and Bill Scholla of New Kent, VA.
Helga was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Werner, and sister-in-law Judith (Ray) Ciszewski
Graveside services were held on Sunday afternoon, February 7, 2016 at Delaware Cemetery with Rev. Niels Nielsen officiating. A celebration of life memorial will be held at a later date.
Since Helga was a “non-singing” member of the choir, memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Choir Memorial Fund in lieu of flowers.
