Jay D. Price

Jay David Price, 65, died April 16, 2018, at his home in Crimora, Virginia.

Jay was born on November 26, 1952, on Thanksgiving Day, in Huntingdon, PA, to the late Bruce D. and Rita A. (Krugh) Price.  He was raised in Hill Valley and graduated from Mount Union High School in 1970.

He lived all his adult life in Crimora where he had a network of close friends who will miss him.  Jay loved being outdoors and was an avid hunter.  He did woodworking and liked going to auctions.  He was a NASCAR and a Steelers fan and collected cars.  He loved going with his friends to listen to live music.

Jay worked with computers at Genicom, Premier Technical Services, Computer Doctor, and Ntelos - all in Virginia.

Jay is survived by his sister Alice and brother-in-law Aaron Hurwitz of Carlisle, PA.  He has one surviving niece.  He was married to and divorced from Jo Ann Whitmore Price who also survives.

Graveside services will be held at Germany Valley Cemetery, Shirleysburg, PA on Saturday, April 21, at 2:00 PM with Pastor James Hullihen officiating. There will be no viewing or visitation. Family and friends should gather at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please do a good deed for someone in honor of Jay.
