Albert W. Perreault

Albert W. Perreault, 66, of Dingmans Ferry, PA passed away at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis, NY on September 3, 2012. He was born on February 2, 1946, in Exeter N.H. and was the son of Albert J. Perreault and Mary (Lowes) Perreault. He married Eileen (Jackson) Perreault on December 30,1967, they were married for 44 years.
He graduated from Arizona State University, with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and was employed as an Aeronautical Engineer by General Electric. His career in aviation began as a pilot in the United States Air Force. He was a Vietnam Veteran and, at the rank of Captain, was Honorably discharged from the Air Force, in November of 1978. He continued his career in aviation as a Corporate Pilot for Jet Aviation and later became their Director of Operations. He continued his educational pursuits at the University of Scranton, graduating with a Masters Degree in Theology. He was employed at Bon Secours Community Hospital as Director of Pastoral Care. He expanded his education and received his CPE, for Chaplaincy, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He was a member of the St. Vincent DePaul Church, Milford, PA, and was an Ordained Deacon in the Diocese of Scranton. Al was an avid fisherman, inventor, author and enjoyed producing his own maple syrup.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen; three sons Michael Perreault and wife Jennifer, Adam Perreault and wife Jennifer and Ryan Perreault and wife Yinette and eight loving grandchildren, all of Bethlehem, PA; two sisters Mary Patricia Perreault and Jean I. Perreault both of Easton, PA; brother Raymond Perreault and wife, Charlene of Lakeport, CA.
Friends may call at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 101 St. Vincent Dr. Milford, PA (map/directions) on Monday September 10, 2012 from 10 to 11 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Vincent de Paul Church on Monday September 10, 2012 at 11 AM with the Rev. Paul Mullen officiating.
