Gladys J. Lane

Gladys J. Lane, 73, of Hill Valley Road, Three Springs, PA, died at 8:20 PM, Saturday, August 27, 2016 at her home.
    
Born April 29, 1943 at Kistler, PA, she was a daughter of the late Fred & Zella (Lamberson) Stewart. She was married to Jimmie L. Lane on March 16, 1963. Mr. Lane preceded in death August 22, 2008.

Surviving are one daughter, Cheryl Lane of Hill Valley Road, Three Springs, PA and five siblings, Ted Stewart and wife Pat of Mt. Union, PA, Edwin Stewart and wife Laura Mae of Virginia, Phil Stewart and wife Darlene of Mt. Union, PA, Joann Evans of New York and Carolyn Lane and husband Max of RD, Three Springs, PA. Four brothers, Ken Lamberson, Dale Stewart, Ronald Stewart and Robert Stewart, preceded in death.

Mrs. Lane had attended the Cromwell United Bible Church, RD, Three Springs, PA. During her life she was primarily a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening and working outside.

A celebration of Mrs. Lane’s life will be held privately at the convenience of the family. There will be no public viewing or visitation.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, Orbisonia, PA.
