Daniel A. King

Daniel Albert King, 80, Doran Road, Three Springs, PA died at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, October 26, 2016 in Taylor Township, Fulton County as the result of an auto accident.

Born August 30, 1936 in Taylor Township, he was the son of the late Fora B. and Estella Mae (Landers) King.  He was married to Olive Berkstresser who survives at home.

Mr. King is survived by two sons, Ronald King, Shippensburg, PA and Randy King, Hustontown, PA.

One brother Harvey King survives of St. Thomas, PA.  Two brothers, John King and Charles “Matt” King and a sister Alice Foster are deceased.

Mr. King was a lifelong farmer.  He was a member of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau.

He served six years in the Army National Guard.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 4, 2016 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt Street, Hustontown, PA with Rev. David Ford officiating.  Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Harrisonville, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6—8:00 PM on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
