Tyler Keefer, 21, of Front Royal, Virginia, died on July 6, 2013 in Warren County.
Tyler was born October 13, 1991, in Fairfax, Virginia.  He was passionate about travel and endeavored to see as much of this country as possible.  Exploring the United States with him was his faithful and adoring companion, his dog Clementine.  Tyler’s natural curiosity, love of reading and adventurous spirit allowed him to accumulate a wealth of experiences.  His friendly and outgoing demeanor endeared him to friends from coast to coast.
He is survived by his mother and step father, Michelle and Mark Smeltzer of Front Royal, Virginia; maternal grandmother, Ann Marie Zacharias of Poway, California and her husband Merle; maternal grandfather James Leavy of Paris, France and his wife Pam; an uncle Michael Leavy of Santa Cruz, California; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends around the country.
Arrangements are being handled by Maddox Funeral Home.
