Frederick S. Jamison, 76, of Oakland Lane, Orbisonia, PA, died Monday, January 6, 2014 at his home.

Born March 11, 1937 at Johnstown, PA, he was a son of the late George Arthur & Camilla (Crouse) Jamison.

He is survived by three siblings, Jean Swartz of Roxanna, DE, Robert A. Jamison of Maddensville Pike, Orbisonia, PA and Terry Jamison of Pogue Road, Orbisonia, PA. A number of nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Jamison was a member of the Orbisonia Lions Club where he had been a Past District Governor, Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks Lodge, #976, Huntingdon, PA and Madden-Wennick Post 518, American Legion, Rockhill Furnace, PA.

Mr. Jamison retired from the U. S. Air Force after 20 years service. After his retirement from the military he was was employed by Farmer's Home Administration as a loan officer.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA with Rev. Dennis Hunsinger officiating. Interment will be made at the I. O. O. F. Memorial Cemetery, Rockhill Furnace, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday.

The Orbisonia Lions Club will conduct a memorial service at the funeral home at 1:45 p.m. Friday.
