Cody J. Hampton

Cody J. Hampton, 27, of Pleasant Hill Road, Burnt Cabins, PA, died Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at his home.

Born September 26, 1989 at Lewistown, PA, he is survived by his father and stepmother, James & Kelly Hampton of Rockhill Furnace, PA and his mother Christine (Brenneman) Hampton of Pleasant Hill Road, Burnt Cabins, PA.

He is also survived by his paternal grandfather and step grandmother, Wilmer & Nancy Bucher of Rockhill Furnace, PA and his maternal grandmother and step grandfather, Ann & Dale Lane of Pleasant Hill Road, Burnt Cabins, PA, three brothers, Chad Hampton of Pleasant Hill Road, Burnt Cabins, PA, Ethan Dale Hampton and James Noah Hampton, both of Rockhill Furnace, PA and one stepsister, Tiffany Crouse of Shade Gap, PA.

Mr. Hampton enjoyed fishing and music. He had been employed by Gish Logging, Fort Loudon, PA.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA. Interment will be made at the I. O. O. F. Memorial Cemetery, Rockhill Furnace, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home 7 - 9 PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
