Clyde E. Drenning

Clyde Earl Drenning, 79, of Madeline Drive, Harrisonville, PA, died at 1:08 AM, Monday, September 26, 2016 at Manor Care, Chambersburg, PA.

Born April 10, 1937 at Wood, Huntingdon County, PA, he was the son of the late Carl and Agnes (White) Drenning.

He was united in marriage to Viola June Mathewson on December 15, 1957.  Mrs. Drenning preceded in death on August 23, 2000.

Mr. Drenning is survived by four children:  Dale Drenning and wife Betty, Shirley Bollinger, Dorene Walter, and Linda Collett.

There are 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Two brothers and one sister survive:  Carl Drenning, Robert Drenning, and Wanda Yingling.  Five brothers and one sister are deceased.

Mr. Drenning was a member of Robertsdale Church of God.

He was a member of the Penn Wheelers Camping Club, Chambersburg, PA and the Dure Hugle Liebens Camping Club, Baltimore, MD.

Mr. Drenning retired from Baltimore County Utilities, Baltimore, MD in 1992 after 30 years of service.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the M.R. Brown Funeral Home, 301 Pitt Street, Hustontown, PA, with Pastor Todd Christine officiating.  Interment will be at Center Cemetery, RD, Waterfall, PA.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-8:00 PM on Friday and a half hour prior to the service on Saturday.
