Mildred A. Crum

Mildred A. Crum, 99, of Cassville, PA, died on April 14, 2017 at 2:30 AM at AristaCare at Woodland Park, Orbisonia, PA

Born April 15, 1917 at Saltillo, PA, she was a daughter of the late Miles W. and Alice (Smyers) Cornelius.
She was united in marriage to G. Kenneth Crum on October 21, 1939 at Mount Union, PA.

Mr Crum preceded her in death in 1978. One brother and 6 sisters also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son George T. Crum and his wife Laura of Orrtanna, PA, 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild of Akron, OH.

Mrs Crum was a member of the former Grace Bible Church of Cassville and later attended the New Hope Baptist Church of Broad Top.

She was a 1935 graduate of Saltillo High School.

Mrs. Crum worked at the Cassville Post Office as a clerk for 18 years.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at the Robert I. McClain Funeral Home, 245 Seminary St., Cassville, PA with the Rev. David Ford officiating. Interment will be made at Cassville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 6 - 8 PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trough Creek Valley Fire Co., P. O. Box 22, Cassville, PA 16623, in her name.
