Walter Chojnacki, 67, of Rowland, Pa passed away at home on Monday, April 16, 2018. He was a self-employed carpenter and a United States Air Force Veteran, serving in the Vietnam War.

He was a friend of Bill W, loved taking walks, riding his Harley, spending time with his grandchildren and helping those in need. He was very spiritually connected and would witness to many, sharing the word and his love of Jesus.

The son of the late Adam and Frances (Wisniewski) Chojnacki, he was born on October 17, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY. He moved to Pennsylvania when he was 15 years old. Walter was married to Britta Hermann.

He leaves behind his wife, Britta Chojnacki; children, Joachim Goff and his wife Laura, Summer Tighe and Kaela Tighe; sisters, Dorothy Russell and her husband John, Frances Chojnacki and Loré Setlock; brother, Robert Chojnacki and his wife Maureen; grandchildren, Dillon, Hannah, Korah, Kelsey, Makalin, Kieley and Mariah and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Chojnacki and brother-in-law, Ed Setlock.

Friends may call at Bethel Lutheran Church, 193 Church Rd, Rowland, PA 18457 on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 11 am to 12 pm. Services will follow 12 pm at Bethel Lutheran Church with Rev. Norman Beighley officiating.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
