Harold J. Carson

Harold J. “Chico” Carson, 81, of Blacklog Valley Rd., Orbisonia, PA, died at 2:25 PM, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at AristaCare at Woodland Park, Orbisonia, PA.
 
Mr. Carson was born on October 6, 1935 at Fairfield, PA.
 
He was married to Dixie Ann Doll who died on August 15, 2015.

Mr. Carson retired as a foreman from Windsor Township, York County, PA.

During his lifetime, Mr. Carson enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a lifetime member of the NRA.

Mr. Carson was the lead singer and guitar player for over 20 years in a bluegrass band.
 
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Prospect Hill Cemetery, 700 N. George St., York, PA with Rev. Ed Seeley officiating.  Friends may call at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, 565 Ridgley St., Orbisonia, PA from 6-8 PM on Monday evening.

Please use Pennsylvania Avenue entrance to the cemetery.
