Chaunteau D. Capies

Chaunteau Denita Capies also known as "Puddin" was born on October 16, 1969 to Barbara Ann Mitchell and Kent Crawford in Washington, DC.  
 
She attended Cardozo Senior High School where she received her diploma.  Chaunteau also attended the University of District of Columbia, where she received her CNA and Home Health Aide training. She worked at Community Care Nursing Services of DC as a CNA and Home Health Aide until her health declined.
 
Her hobbies were listening to music, cooking for her family, watching Good Times, going out enjoying her life, going to the hair salon and nail salon getting pampered, shopping, dancing and seeing her grandchildren.
 
Chaunteau was called home to her heavenly father on December 26,2017.  
 
She is preceded in death by her mother Barbara Mitchell, her brother, Kent Crawford Jr. and sister Sarah Kelly.
 
Chaunteau leaves to cherish her precious memories, her sisters and brothers, Tyra and her wife,  Tyrone, Chamika and her husband, Valenta, and Donte, Her precious pearls, children Vern, Gloria, Andre, Chaundria Briana, and Jamesha, her God Given children, Phyllis, Ronda, Justice, Shelby, L'Shea, Mike and Son in law Larnell. Her most adored jewels (grandchildren) Tylia, Jailyn, Jordyn, Christyn, Lj, Noell, Lovell, Londyn, Terren, Khamari, Ryan and a host of family and friends.
