On Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Loving father of Anthony Burley, Keith Burley, Richard Seabron and Michelle Jenkins.

He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Carter and Olivia, 4 brothers Alfred, Lawrence, Reginald, and Leslie Burley, 2 sisters Sandra Burley-Marshall
and Patricia Hough and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation Friday, May 20, 2016 from 9am until hour of service 10 am at the New Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church, 4417 Douglas Street NE, Washington, D.C.  Interment Heritage Memorial Park.
