Theodore (Theo) Blocker died peacefully in Washington, DC on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at the age of 64.

Beloved father of Theodore Timothy NcNeil, Ronald Coble, Theola and Fayeishola Blocker. Brother of Margaret, Mabel, Eddie and Clarence Blocker.

Homegoing service will be held at Unity of Washington DC, 1225 R Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009 on Saturday, February 7, 2015. Viewing will be at 11 a.m. until the start of service at 12 p.m.
